What to Expect
Your first session is about 60 minutes. We start with a careful history and physical assessment before any hands-on treatment. We’ll explain what we find and what we’re planning to do — in plain English.
Treatment is gentle. We don’t use aggressive spinal manipulation as a default. When clinically appropriate and with your explicit consent, we may use high-velocity techniques — but most of our work involves soft tissue, joint mobilisation, and functional approaches.
We also give you practical home exercises where relevant, so you’re not entirely dependent on coming back.
